March 8th 2010- Ft. Worth, TX rockers Josh, Jamey, Geoff, Denton & Joshua aka Green River Ordinance are getting back out on the road. They’ve had huge success with their Virgin Records debut, Out of My Hands and will be releasing their new single ‘On Your Own’ impacting radio April 12th. The song has already been featured on The Hills, The Young and the Restless and was used repeatedly as the sign off song on So You Think You Can Dance. As their music cracks the Top 20 Hot Adult Rock chart Billboard magazine claims ‘Green River Ordinance establishes itself as a pop-rock act to keep an eye on in 2010’.

A testament to the power of their live show, the band recently broke the record for most CD's sold at The Nokia Theater in NYC. They’ve toured with the likes of Counting Crows, Gavin DeGraw, Train, David Cook, Third Eye Blind, Collective Soul, Five for Fighting, Michelle Branch, and Need To Breathe.

Recently, the band penned an inspirational song called ‘Rise Up’, exclusively for the AT&T Team USA Winter Olympics Compilation, joining world-renowned recording artists 3 Doors Down, Mariah Carey, Gloriana, Rascal Flatts, Puddle Of Mudd, Sugarland and others. The song is currently available on iTunes and all sales from the compilation made before March 2nd benefited Team USA. In addition, the band will be heading out to sea as part of VH1’s Best Cruise Ever hosted by 3 Doors Down - plus Lifehouse, Shinedown and more. The cruise will feature non-stop concerts from your favorite VH1 bands, VH1-themed activities and contests, plus the chance to hang with your favorite artists.
